How does auto-apply actually work?
Worqforce opens each job posting, reads the form, fills it out with your profile data, uploads a tailored resume and cover letter, and submits. It works natively with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, and other major ATS providers — and handles quirky one-off application pages too.
Do I lose control? Can I review before anything goes out?
Yes. You can set Worqforce to full auto, or require a one-tap approval before each submission. You always see exactly which roles it's applying to, and you can pause or edit anything at any time.
Can I cancel or change my plan later?
Any time, from settings. Plans are month-to-month. Downgrade to Plus, upgrade to Max, or cancel — we'll stop the charge and you keep access until the end of the period.
Is my data safe?
Your resume, application history, and credentials are encrypted at rest and never sold. We only use your data to run your job search.
